What we collect

When you use the form or text us, we collect your name, phone number, address, email if you give one, the details of the rug and any photographs you send.

How we use it

We use it to write your estimate, plan pickup and answer your questions. We text only about your rug.

Who sees it

Sona and Candy, and the driver and the person who inspects your rug. We don't sell your details or share them for advertising. The services that run this website and our phone line process them for us.

Keeping and deleting

We keep job details and photographs as long as we need them for the job and for any damage claim. To have them deleted, call or email us and we will.
